A.) Das wissenschaftliche Engagement der Stiftung kondensiert sich in Publikationen, die wir in einer Liste nach Originalarbeiten zu 1.) Eisen und den damit verwandten Problemen (I), zu 2.) Ernährungsgewohnheiten in Drittweltländern (N), und in 3.) Übersichtsarbeiten (R) getrennt aufgeführt haben. Sie belegen, in welchem Umfang wir unseren satzungsgemäßen Zielen gefolgt sind, die wissenschaftlichen Fundamente für den Umgang mit den Problemen der Drittwelt-Ernährung zu festigen und ihre Umsetzung im Feld zu erproben.
